What we cover
Six areas. One prioritised report.
01
Site Conversion
Homepage, product pages, checkout flow, and conversion rate benchmarked against your category. Every drop-off point identified and explained.
02
Paid Media
Meta, Google, TikTok, and any other active channels. Account structure, creative strategy, audience targeting, ROAS performance, and attribution.
03
Email and SMS
Your Klaviyo setup: welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase flows, and broadcast cadence. Benchmark: 30%+ of total revenue from email.
04
Amazon
Listing quality, pricing strategy, review count, BSR, and advertising efficiency. Or the opportunity cost if you have no presence.
05
Offer Structure
Product range, pricing, subscriptions, and AOV potential. Many brands leave significant revenue on the table through under-developed offer architecture.
06
Unit Economics
Margin structure, CAC, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin. This tells us whether growth will compound your profits or compound your problems.

Common questions
What does a DTC brand growth audit include?
The Brand Growth Audit covers six areas: site conversion, paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), email and SMS (Klaviyo setup and flows), Amazon presence, offer structure, and unit economics. Delivered as a Loom video walkthrough and a prioritised PDF report within 3 business days.
How long does a brand growth audit take?
We deliver the Loom video and PDF report within 3 business days of receiving your brand information. The debrief call is typically scheduled 1-2 days after delivery.
What information do I need to provide?
We send a short intake form asking for screenshots of key metrics from Shopify, Klaviyo, your paid media accounts, and any Amazon seller data. No direct account access required.
Do I have to commit to a full engagement after the audit?
No. The Brand Growth Audit is a standalone diagnostic. You receive the Loom video and PDF within 3 business days and we schedule a 30-minute debrief call. There is no obligation to continue. For brands where the findings warrant it, we present a 90-Day Growth Sprint proposal.
Can I use the audit if I'm already working with a marketing agency?
Yes. The audit gives you an independent, full-funnel view that most single-channel agencies can't provide. Many clients use it to evaluate their existing agencies or give them a clearer brief.
Your diagnosis in 3 days.
Every week you wait is another week of revenue leaking from the same gaps.
No retainer. No lock-in. No commitment.
